Step 1: Pre-Course Counseling
All prospective students are encouraged to contact our Education Consultants or appointed agents for a pre-course counseling session if they would like to enroll for a course with MAGES Institute of Excellence.
The student will then be counseled by our Academic Manager and interviewed by the Head of the department.
Step 2: Application Submission
Please complete theMAGES Student Application Form accompanied with the following supporting documents:
1. 4 recent colored passport-sized photographs of applicant
2 .Applicant’s Photocopy of Identity Card / NRIC / Passport (photocopy of both sides)
3. Applicant’s Certified True Copies of Academic Transcripts (e.g. "N" and/or "O" level results slip)
4. Applicant’s Certified True Copies of testimonials from school or employer
5. Non-refundable application fee of S$50 (including GST)

Step 3: Application Evaluation
MAGES Institute of Excellence will process and evaluate all Applications and acceptance is subjected to approval.
Upon successful evaluation of the Application, students will receive an official “Letter of Offer” by MAGES Institute of Excellence.
Applicants who are unsuccessful will be notified by our Education Consultants/ Programme Consultants.
Step 4: Acceptance of Offer
Applicants who wish to proceed with their Application will have to comply with the following steps before the Commencement of their course:
- Submit a signed and completed copy of the Letter of Acceptance
- Submit a signed and completed copy of the Advisory Note (Form 12)
- Submit a signed and completed copy of the Standard PEI Student Contract
- Be aware of the Terms & Conditions of the Refund and Transfer policies as stated in the Standard PEI Student Contract
- Make payment of fees which includes Course fees, FPS fees and Medical Insurance fees (optional) and Miscellaneous fees (in case any).
- MAGES has in place a Fee Protection Scheme as stipulated by the Council for Private Education (CPE) (the “FPS”) by way of �?Escrow a/c’ to provide fee protection to all its students. The installment plan as per the scheme shall be clearly explained to the student. A copy of the certificate is available at website
- MAGES also has in place a Medical Insurance Scheme for all its students as required by CPE under EduTrust Certification Scheme. MAGES appointed Medical Insurance provider is AXA INSURANCE SINGAPORE PTE LTD. A SC/PR or a non-Student’s Pass international student who is protected by his own medical insurance coverage in Singapore can opt out from the medical insurance scheme arranged for by MAGES. The Medical Insurance Provider is immediately informed to provide cover for the new student.
